About the Art:
All artwork on the website is guaranteed to be pictured as actual or representative (much of Terrie Remington's pictures are representative as she will make many of these to order) of what the purchaser will receive. Only items damaged in shipment can be returned. The package must be checked on arrival and if damaged, it must be reported immediately and returned. Please ask any questions you might have about the artwork in advance.
Copyrights on all the works belong to each individual artist. The artist retains all copyright to the piece of art.
Shipping & Handling:
Shipping & Handling Costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork. Patricia Diebler-Cates prints have free shipping in the continental U.S. The following rates are for all other art on the site and rates listed are for the continental U.S. Everything will be shipped either UPS or USPS and will include insurance. Most items will fall into the following scale:
up to $100 - $14.95 s&h
$101- $300 - $19.95 s&h
$301- $500 - $29.95 s&h
$500 up - $39.95 s&h
In the case of extremely fragile or heavy items, there may be additional charges. These extra charges will be included in the product description.
For shipping outside of the continental United States, contact us and we will calculate your costs and send them via return email.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
You will receive your artwork in approximately 2-4 weeks from order. In the case of items that the artist is making to order, 4 weeks will be the norm. We are honored to be able to include artists on the site who will make individual items to order. But this does take longer to produce. Be patient and we will be in contact with you every step of the way. If you have any questions, you can email us at any time.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 8% will be automatically added on all purchases within the state of Alabama only.
Our Privacy Policy:
We will NEVER sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever, for any reason. If you sign up for our newsletter you will have the right to opt out of it at any time.
Artists:
If you would like to be represented in our gallery, please email us with your information and we will get a contract to you by return email. We are always looking for talented American Women Artists. We do not guarantee to accept every artist who contacts us. We do look for work that is different from that of the artists we are already representing.
